The first such entry is the examination of current issues in Virtual World technologies, specifically as they relate to education. The collection of ideas was assembled by a group of more than 20 graduate students in Adult Ed and Communications Technology over the course of a semester. The students were learning about e-Learning practice, specifically about the psychology of e-Learning and issues introduced by persistant virtual world simulations. How can these spaces be used to educate? What are the advantages and limitations? How can we carry information over from past research, and still find the most promising potential in the ILS?
